At St Francis of Assisi we foster curiosity, embrace creativity, develop critical thinking skills and empower students to take responsibility for their learning. Our teachers have high expectations for all learners to help them reach their highest potential. We offer challenging and motivating learning experiences that build on prior knowledge and develop new skills and perspectives. Our aim is for learners to leave St Francis equipped for success by being confident and compassionate with a life long love of learning.

St Francis of Assisi PS worked in partnership with ‘Muthi Tidda’ (Jessica Clarke) to create an Indigenous artistic representation of our school's dispositions. These dispositions describe how we are successful learners: Collaboration, Striving for Mastery, Creativity, Self-Directed learner, and Courage.
