Term 4: Week 10
Principal Message….
Dear SFA Community,
As we wrap up another incredible year at SFA, I want to take a moment to reflect on how proud I am of our students and staff. Their hard work, dedication, and commitment to our school community have made 2024 a year to remember.
A special congratulations to our newly appointed 2025 School Captains, whose thoughtful applications and inspiring speeches have earned them this important leadership role. We are confident they will make us proud in the year ahead.
It is also with a mix of sadness and gratitude that we say goodbye to two much-loved teachers. Ryder Smith who joined us this year and Gabi Connally, who has been with us for an incredible seven years, are moving on to exciting new career opportunities. We thank them both for their immense contributions to our school and wish them all the best on their next journeys.
Last Wednesday, we had the privilege of farewelling our Year 6 students at a beautiful Graduation Ceremony. It was a touching evening, and we are so proud of the young individuals they have become. We know they are ready to take on the next chapter of their education with confidence and courage.
Looking ahead, we are excited to introduce our new teaching teams for 2025. You’ll find their photos below, and I know they are just as eager as we are to start the new year together.
Finally, I want to wish all our students, families, and staff a very Merry Christmas, a happy New Year, and a restful holiday. May this festive season be filled with joy, relaxation, and quality time with loved ones. Thank you for making this year so special, and I look forward to seeing you all in 2025!
Warm regards, Michelle
Take care, Michelle
